There is no upload endpoint and no cloud round-trip, so a sensitive recording isn't transmitted to or stored on a third-party server you don't control. Exporting produces a newly encoded file rather than a copy of your original, but you should always verify the actual contents of any file before publishing or sharing it, rather than assuming a tool has removed everything.
Can I blur a face or protect an identity?+
Yes — you can cover or blur a region of the frame and mute audio segments, then confirm the result in the exported file before it goes out.
