Before you write about your footage
A quick note that often saves a round-trip: Plumely never uploads your video. Everything is processed on your own device, so we have no copy of your projects and can’t recover a file you’ve lost or cleared from your browser storage. If something went wrong with an edit, describing the steps you took is far more useful to us than the file itself.
